Shipping policy

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT HOLIDAY MAIL CAN TAKE UP TO DOUBLE THE TIME TO MAIL

This delay starts around November 24. Orders to Australia may take up to 5 weeks. I cannot guarantee any mail times.

Orders are generally mailed out 1-3 business days of the purchase. If something happens and I am unable to it this quickly, I will email you and let you know.  Some items are printed when the order is placed, and may take a few days to prepare and ship out.  If an items takes longer than 4 business days to ship out, we will notify the customer.  Message us if you have any questions about this at elena@thecolorfulgeek.com.

We ship out of NYC.  Average delivery time are as follows:

• Continental US is about 3-5 days, possibly longer for Alaska and Hawaii
• Europe, average time is 6-10 business days
• Australia, it can range from 1-3 weeks
• If you are in Mexico, South America, or Central America, for some reason, delivery is EXTREMELY unpredictable. It can range from 1-5 weeks. I don't know why this is, but this has been my experience when sending orders there.

 

From around November 24 - December 24, mail can be on a delay. In the US, it can take up to a week, sometimes a week and a half. International orders can experience double the wait time on delivery.

I can do my best to estimate delivery times, but keep in mind, that once it is at the Post Office, it is out of my hands.
